Molly Fors, LMT

Originally from Montana, I moved to the Seattle area at age 19 after a car accident that required extensive rehabilitation. I found comfort and support from my peers and instructors at Seattle Massage School as well as great injury treatment and deep tissue work which helped further my recovery and solidified my interest in bodywork. Since graduating in 2000 I have continued my education to include an associates transfer degree in nursing and bodywork modalities such as structural integration, facilitated stretching and neuromuscular reeducation, orthopedic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, advanced injury treatment protocols, craniosacral massage, Lomi Lomi, and Reiki. I use bits and pieces of all these therapies to create a muscle specific deep tissue massage that is both effective and relaxing.

My time away from work is spent furthering my nursing and esthetics education and enjoying time with family and friends.

Grey Luna Riverstone, LMT

In 2006 I graduated from Ashmead College in Seattle, which began a lifelong passion for me. In my years of experience I have worked with many people with diverse and varied needs, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, anxiety disorders, depression, overuse and traumatic injuries, and chronic stress. I utilize a combination of modalities such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Gliding Cupping, Sports Massage techniques, and Breathwork to support you in your recovery and maintenance of your health.

Our connection to our bodies is complex and beautiful, and healing can often be messy and nonlinear. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel at ease and free to be yourself while you receive the care you need to live your life in your own unique balance and well-being. I am trauma informed, and an LGBT+ Community safe place.

In 2021 I became a level 2 Reiki practitioner.  My interests have been directed toward the Mind/Body connection with a focus on Chronic Pain; specifically the nervous system, immune system, and fascial network and how they affect one another in the healing process, as well as Injury Treatment, Subtle Energywork,  Neurodivergence, and Breathwork.

When I am not in the office I am at home; spending time with my family, dancing in my living room, making art or reading.

I'm a veteran massage therapist located in Redmond, WA, practicing since 2005. I have experience serving a wide range of clients, from professional football players and body builders to infants and mothers-to-be. It's my belief that regular massage, eating well, and moving often are the keys to improving your health and quality of life.

I graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC with a certificate in massage therapy. After working with clients of all ages, I furthered my education to specialize in pediatric massage therapy. I am certified by the Liddle Kidz Foundation, the premier organization for infant and massage professionals, and work as a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT) and Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist (CPMT). I also worked in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), with pediatric oncology patients and children on the Autism spectrum and suffering from cancer.

In 2012, I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association with a certificate in Nutritional Therapy. I furthered my education with Precision Nutrition, going through their nutritional coaching program to be a level 2 coach. The combination of nutritional knowledge and coaching skills has allowed me help more and more of my clients achieve their health goals.

I have always been interested in fitness. The foundation of functional fitness is based on training your muscles for performing the daily tasks of living. In 2016, I became a Level One CrossFit Coach. I run group classes, and work as a personal trainer for clients in a local gym in Redmond. My interest in healing and background in massage has led me to be more attuned to corrective exercise and the importance of getting clients back to moving.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking new recipes and the challenge of making healthy food taste delicious for everyone in the family! I am a competitive powerlifter and enjoy both lifting weights and CrossFit.
